The primary objectives of this project were to improve the marketability and sell these vacant condominium units (2-bedrooms, 3-bedrooms, 4-bedrooms and 2 dual-key units), in consideration of competing units in the same development and in the neighboring vicinity.

The repositioning for these 5 vacant condominium units included layout enhancements, and specific installations that are modern and functional in order to provide visual viability and setting for buyers. 

The uplift focused on space visualization, whilst combining the appeal with modern fixtures, fittings and enhanced lighting to deliver volume, light and height into the space. All units were sold within a month post-completion.
