An adaptive living-led project in Dhoby Ghaut where we are delivering a high quality, pre-war conservation shophouse for a young family. The property functions as a residence, a family’s home office and dedicated new spaces for hosting and community engagements.
Through a rigorous standard for adaptive living and a focus on embedding culture and heritage, the conservation shophouse serves as an intimate dwelling for the family and an integrated space for entrepreneurship.
