However, the building’s finishes falls below requirements and occupier expectations, with common areas tired from time.
The high-impact, targeted retrofit strategy delivered frills-free features to complement the building’s simple and distinct architectural features, to achieve a balance between clean aesthetics and an effortless inviting space.
